Providing our part-time jobs, jobs, products and services is not conditional on this consent, but we believe that only in this way we can offer you a welcome solution. Consent to the processing of personal data and to the sending of commercial communications

Consent is granted pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). 2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "the Personal Data Protection Act") and pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services and on Amendments to Certain Acts.

I hereby give my consent to the processing of personal data by Čechymen a.s., with its registered office at Na Mlýnici 33 / 1A, Přívoz, 702 00 Ostrava, ID: 29387132 (hereinafter referred to as Čechymen a.s.) as the controller of personal data, to process (including automatically and in particular through the collection, monitoring, profiling, evaluation and storage) my personal data. All this for the purpose of identifying my relevant needs and offering or providing suitable job opportunities, temporary jobs, business offers and benefit customer programs to Čechymen a.s. and affected business partners *, both in printed form and by electronic means. Personal data that will be processed based on this consent include name, surname, title, permanent address / place of business, date of birth, social security number, bank account number, data from submitted documents, photographs, amount of done work data and payroll data, telephone and e-mail connection, ID card number, health insurance number, height, weight, clothing size, driving license type, education, medical check-up.
I give this consent on a voluntary basis and I am aware that I can withdraw it at any time, in the same way as I have given it. At the same time, I acknowledge that failure to grant or revoke this consent may result in some temporary jobs, job opportunities, products or services not being tailored to my needs. However, the provision of supplies or services is in no way subject to the granting of such consent. More information regarding the processing of personal data can be found on the dashboard in the HEDURIO system and in the Document on the processing of personal data. Current information concerning the processing of personal data, including information on recipients of personal data *, is (will) always be given on www.cechymen.cz.
I acknowledge that even without this consent, the company Čechymen a.s. shall have the right to send business offers and communications of its own products and services for the duration of the contract, until I disagree with this.
